Clients agree to resolve any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding the quality of delivered services by submitting a written request to ScholarProof, either by email or our Contact Us page. This request must specifically outline all questions and concerns about possible editorial errors or omissions so that our experts may clearly address, respond to, and/or correct any areas of concern on the client’s behalf as quickly and professionally as possible. Rework requests are applicable only to the original text and will be carried out according to the assignment’s original written instructions.
If the quality delivered fell short of the service promise, ScholarProof will rework the assignment for free. Rework of the service will be completed within the same time frame of the original order, from the date the rework of service is requested. In case of delay in delivering the assignment within the committed time, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be processed by ScholarProof within 14 days.
